In Avon, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

When I first arrived at Jet's Pizza, I did not find parking immediately in front of the building and, since the driveway to the right looked closer to the entrance door, I pulled into that one, thinking there might be an entrance in the rear. As soon as I pulled into the driveway, I saw a faded sign that said "exit only" (oops!). I drove to the rear, but the only entrance door I saw said "employees only," so I figured I would come back up the driveway and park next to the building. However, the sign in that direction said it was "for delivery drivers only." Well, the only other place to park that wasn't on the street was on the opposite side of the building, so I assumed it would be okay to park there. My order had just come out of the oven, so it was ready on time, and the employees were pleasant. There was a TURBO sale going on, so the pizzas were half price, which made us willing to give them a try. The deep dish pizza crust was a bit thicker than other deep dish pizzas we've had (we actually felt like it was a bit too deep). Other than that, the taste was very good but not great. Based on their regular price and the quality, we believe Angelina's Pizza on Abbe Rd. is better and

Girl workin was very nice not her fault a guy took my order messed it up she offered a quick remake I already waited for my food as it was just being boxed up when I walked in I watched her box my food and said are those boneless she said I ordered bone in I said I’m on my lunch break and can’t wait for a remake I asked for a discount she said NO so that’s bad in my book as I had to eat bone in a mess on my lunch break and go back to work it’s not a off day I can enjoy a messy meal. I’d like a refund at the least I also kno your competition well they got ya beat bad your just greedy and bout every dollar NOW not future business retention

I purchased a 4-corner, butter crust, Bacon + Pineapple pizza for delivery. I’m not a pizza snob - I get maybe a single pizza once every three months. Taste: This is the part that blew me away, there were genuinely so many toppings on my pizza it felt like half the pizza would fall off once I picked up a slice. The corners and crust were perfectly singed for the detroit, cheesy experience. The crust dough itself was a bit dry, which I prefer, and complimented the pineapples. The cheese was melted into the sauce long enough so there was no cheese pull / pulling half the cheese off in a single bite. Sauce was sparing and leaned toward the sweeter side. Experience: Delivery driver was punctual, followed delivery instructions perfectly which is nice as I live in a gated community on the 3rd floor. I had to call to make and adjustment to my order and the employee who answered could not have been friendlier / more accomodating if he tried. Price: $15 for a two topping, 4 slice piza for me is fair. That’s 2 meals for me, so $7.50 per meal for food I enjoy in today’s market is a steal. Overall: will definitely go back every other month, and can’t imagine any other pizza places being be

Bbq wings were 9/10 deep dish pepperoni pizza 7.5/10. Do recommend. A lot of people were complaining about the wait while I was there. My order was done on time if not earlier than expected.
